Our Adventure & Yoga Week combines morning vinyasa flow, evening restorative yoga classes, meditation meetings with 2 more activities in the beautiful surroundings of Ericeira World Surf Reserve. Come and enjoy mountain biking, Stand up Paddling, bouldering or surfing – or simply go for a nice hiking in the beautiful nature, walking through the little villages Ericeira and Ribamar while nourishing body heart and soul. You will feast at the delicious vegetarian buffet, relax in the hammocks next to the pool and enjoy a rejuvenating full body massage.
