The benefits that yoga can have on surfing are far-reaching, whether it’s through strength, balance, flexibility, or breathing techniques. On a physical level, yoga provides important pre-board stretches and allows the body to recover faster from the surf sessions. Joints become warmer and are opened, helping you to improve your flexibility, stability, and energy. Learning how to breathe and clear your mind will help you to stay calm and relaxed and to tighten your focus, catching your best wave ever.
Yogis can also get benefit from surfing. Surfing is feeling as one with nature, and breathing with the ocean, connecting in deep respect to ride your wave in harmony. You may experience a new level of focus and intensity through surfing – there`s no reason to not give it a try.
Includes:
- 7 NIGHTS: 7 night accommodation in shared, private or twin/double bed room. we provide bedding, sheets, bath towels, yoga equipment, free wifi.
- 19 MEALS: 7 veggie breakfast, 6 veggie lunchboxes, 6 veggie dinner. Fresh filtered water, hot water, tea bags, fresh fruit always available during your stay
- 12 YOGA CLASSES: 6 days Vinyasa Flow Morning Class (no morning yoga on Saturdays). 6 evening soft flow or Yin Yoga Class (no evening yoga on “dinner-out-day”)
- 5 SURF LESSONS: 5 days surfing classes (approx. 10 hours / week) – includes wetsuit, board, transportation and insurance
- 1 MASSAGE: 1 relaxing and rejuvenating Full Body Massage. (60 minutes)
